Disappointed I purchased a 2013 Cadillac XTS on October 19, 2017. We had stopped by late one evening and seen the car. We test drove the car and loved it and made I purchased a 2013 Cadillac XTS on October 19, 2017. We had stopped by late one evening and seen the car. We test drove the car and loved it and made the purchase. The salesperson could not get the Onstar to connect so I was told that to bring it back and it would be taken care of. I returned it to the dealership and they said the Onstar antenna was defective and would need to replaced. The car was out of warranty so I would have to pay the cost of repairs. The salesperson apologized that it would not be fixed as promised. I agreed to pay for the repairs. The antenna had to painted and installed and it did not fix the problem. There was another part that needed replacing and it ended up costing just over $1300.00. I took the car back to the dealership in October of 2018 for suspension problem that arose over vacation to the Outer Banks and was told that the rear air bags were leaking and that they needed to be replaced. I was very frustrated with this due the fact that we had only driven the car a little less than 5k miles since purchase. I took the car to another Cadillac dealership for a second opinion on the problem. The entire rear suspension ended up being replaced at a cost of $3200.00. I am disappointed that a car with 60k miles would need this amount of money spent on it with very little use. I understand that buying a used car can occur some cost but I fell that $4500.00 is way to much to spend on a car that has been driven so little. I feel that Cadillac is supposed to represent the very best that GM has to offer a consumer and having to spend 20% of purchase price to drive for less than 5k miles is unacceptable. It has basically cost me about a dollar a mile to use this car. I feel that this could have been handled better by the dealership and GM should have offered some help. I have only owned GM products for 37 years and purchased new and used GM products over the years. I currently own 6 GM products with my business and personal use but that will change moving forward. I feel that the level of service along with the level of performance that a vehicle should provide is not up to par. I understand now why GM is closing plants and dropping vehicles such as the Cadillac. I will pass this on to all my customers that I have in my business to help others avoid pitfalls such as mine. More

One drive in the XT4 Sport at Charles Boyd Cadillac/GMC and I knew I had found my new car!! John Cash went to great lengths to locate the color, interior and packages I wanted and had that car on the lot next day! He was so very helpful and kind, teaching me about the car, synching my phone. This dealership is so friendly and accommodating. They really went out of their way for me and I am extremely appreciative of all their efforts. More

Late night fun Diann Asher was a joy to work with to find the right truck for me.I was hoping for a 1 year old truck with a discounted price. I wanted a back up came Diann Asher was a joy to work with to find the right truck for me.I was hoping for a 1 year old truck with a discounted price. I wanted a back up camera. By the time they added a dealer installed camera,we realized that a new truck with rebates was a better buy. The Dealership got dark as all the employees left for the day. Diann said she wanted to stay to make sure I got the right truck.The sales manager,Russell Boyd told us he was willing to stay all night and joined in on the search. There were some spectacular trucks that were beyond my budget comfort level. Diann kept bringing up various trucks. We had one with all the features I needed at a great price. Then I realized it did not have a power set for my wife to see over the hood. Russeli went to his inventory computer adound 10:30 pm. He went out to find my truck. It filled my criteria: 5.3 V-8, towing differential,hitch,extended cab,4WD,cruise control,power windows&mirrors,back up camera, and that power drivers seat! The price was right, the interest rate was low, I signed and drove home about 11:30 pm. Today, I consider Diann my friend and Russell Boyd is a knowledgeable , friendly Sales Manager with patience! sincerely, jim Aulisio More
