Diane made the process of buying a new car very easy and enjoyable. The purchase price was exactly what was quoted. I was able to purchase exactly the Escape I wanted at a price I could afford.I plan on hav enjoyable. The purchase price was exactly what was quoted. Diane was great to work with, got me exactly what I was looking for at the right price and was very easy to get in touch with! When I came in to do the paperwork, it was all ready for me and quick to take looking for at the right price and was very easy to get in touch with! The saleswoman was exceptionally helpful providing detailed information leading to a efficient automobile sale. Questions , asked and anticipated, were answered thoroughly. Once that proceess began with the business manager, he went above and beyond by find a loan rate even lower than the already low rate I acquired from my credit union. More

We've now had our new car for 3 days and I'm still amazed at how well we were treated at Landmark. It was incredible. Over the years I've bought many cars, mostly new, and the treatment's been pretty much th at how well we were treated at Landmark. It was incredible. Over the years I've bought many cars, mostly new, and the treatment's been pretty much the same. It was like the salesperson was a necessary evil. If you want the car you have to tolerate the process. This time I checked the dealer ratings before deciding on a dealership and was attracted to Landmark because their ratings were higher than the other Ford dealers in our area. When my wife and I got there we were introduced to Diane Pohl and that seemed fine but I kept expecting some pressure from the sales manager or someone that feels we need to be pushed into buying. That never happened - Diane helped us from the beginning to the end. She was very knowledgeable and not only told us what we'd like but steared us clear of what we wouldn't like. I have NEVER been treated this well when buying a car. Once she had to step away to attend to something else and another saleman came up and immediately I thought "ok, here it comes". He only came up to be friendly while my wife and I were waiting for her to come back. He didn't utter one word about the car or the sale. No matter how far you have to come you owe it to yourself, especially when spending a amount of money, to visit Diane. Trust me, from one buyer to another, you won't be disappointed. More

Going though the Internet Department was just great! WE LOVE OUR NEW FORD FLEX! It was fast, easy, and we feel we got a very fair price. Diane at Landmark Ford was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! This was a very stressful time for me and she kept it calm and fun and really enjoyable!! I started my car search online. I started at Ford.com and searched through the different options before even going to a dealership. From the online website I was able to get a quote throuh email and started searched through the different options before even going to a dealership. From the online website I was able to get a quote throuh email and started communicating with that sales person over the phone that had given me the quote. I eventually went to the dealership to look at the different models and go for a test drive. The sales person was extremely upfront, gave great insights and answered every question I had! I also received quotes from other local Portland Ford Dealerships and Landmark had the lowest quotes even when all the dealerships were quoting the same VIN #'s. I recommend Landmark Ford, ask for Diane Pohl. You'll be taken care of. More
