The difference between Dick and car salesmen I dealt with at other companies is that he cares about the customer, not the commission. Buying my first car was scary at first but Dick made me feel comfortable and reassured me in my decision. As a result of the great customer service provided by him, I left Beechmont Ford feeling excited about my new vehicle, confident that I was given the best deal, and informed about the details. Due to a very bad past experience with Kerry Ford, we were turned off of Ford and their products, for more than 20 years. We decided to give Beechmont Ford a try, along with Ford itself for NOT accepting were turned off of Ford and their products, for more than 20 years. Right from the start Dick Barrick treated us perfectly and dealt with us as new car buyers should be treated. We had a dealer option added to the vehicle, and Dick helped arrange all of the service time and assuring work would be done and done right. He is a great asset to Beechmont Ford. My experience buying my Escape was the best experience I have had buying a car. I spoke with Dick Barrick before coming into the dealership and he had both of the cars I was interested in, waiting for me t have had buying a car. I told him where I wanted my monthly payments to be and that is exactly where he was able to keep them, no back and forth negotiating and no pressure from him (or anyone else). I had a 2005 Escape (my second one) and decide it was time for a new car. We had every intention of trying something different so we looked at the Edge and the new hatchback Focus, I think that's what it time for a new car. But Dick, whom we have purchased 6 other Ford vehicles from knew me too well! He knew I wouldn't be happy with a smaller car or with anything bigger than Ford's SUV but he let me look and we talked and I looked somemore then when my husband and I decided on the 2012 Escape w/the special addition paint job, on the "showroom" floor Dick did his best to get us a GOOD price and a fair trade amount for my old Escape. We are very happy with Beechmont Ford and would not even consider any Salesman other than Dick Barrick!! He is the Greatest!!!! Beechmont is VERY LUCKY to have him! More
