For example, recently, I made an appointment to bring in our 2009 Focus for a minor repair. I drove half an hour from our house to Beechmont Ford the day of the appointment only to find that the service department had not called ahead to have the part available for my appointment even though I gave Kevin the name and number of the part I needed. Without hesitation, Dick offered to come to my house on the day that I rescheduled the appointment, pick up my car, bring it back to Beechmont Ford for the repair, and drive it back to my house so I did not have to waste another afternoon of my time. He has developed a long lasting relationship with our family and there is noone I would rather work with in findin family when you walk in the door.
