A few years ago we needed a new service van and I called Beechmont Ford and got connected to Dick Barrick.I told Dick our needs and he took it from there. Once we finalized the details Dick drove the new vehicle to us and brought the paper work in for signatures. This year when we needed to replace two more vehicles I called Dick. He handled every detail including, delivery of the trucks to our door step. In our busy environment it is important to be able to make one call and get everything handled. At this time we have three service vehicles and they are all Ford products. We have enjoyed the reliability of the products. When it is time to replace these we will again pick up the phone and call Dick Barrick at Beechmont Ford. More

Mr. Dick Barrick and the sales staff at Beechmont Ford are amazing. We had such a hard time trying to find someone to give us the time of day at a couple of the Ford dealerships here in Michigan. So after locating the car I was searching for, we made the 5 hour drive down to Beechmont to see Mr. Barrick and the process was as straight forward and honest as you could hope for. It wasn’t like any car purchase we had experienced. There was no pressure, we were treated like family, and not like targets of typical car sales tactics. I have really enjoyed working with Dick Barrick on 2 different occassions. I purchased a 2007 Expedition Limited which Dick spent a lot of time locating the color, and everything that we wanted on it a different occassions. Then this past August we came back to talk with Dick about purchasing a 2010 Expedition Limited. Once again he went to working hard to help me find the right vehicle and it just wasn't out there so he suggested we order one from the factory so that we would have exactly what we wanted. I loved his suggestion and help. I think he deserves the GOLD STAR for his personability and helpfulness! Dick is always available to answer any questions that we might have. He is certainly an asset to your company. You don't find many sales people that don't pressure you till you feel like walking away but Dick isn't like that at all. The salesman,Dick Barrick did a great job! I had looked at another Ford dealership for a Ford Edge but was not happy with the level of service. I sent an internet request to Beechmont Ford as a last resort at another Ford dealership for a Ford Edge but was not happy with the level of service. I sent an internet request to Beechmont Ford as a last resort because it is on the other side of town, but I was quickly contacted by Mr. Barrick and was offered a more highly optioned Ford Edge for two thousand dollars less than the first dealership had offered! I did not even bother to negotiate because it seemed pointless at that price. Mr. Barrick knew the product very well, and was very good at showing my wife and I how to use the SYNC system. He was also very knowledgeable on special offers and rates that were available. His open and honest salesmanship was a breath of fresh air after spending the previous two weeks shopping for cars. I would definitely recommend Mr. Barrick to any of my friends that are in the market for a new car. More
