Special shout out to the manager Dick T, salesman Bruce C, and finance manager Nathan C. Bruce was very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased, provided thorough answers for all my questions, and did not give any unwanted haggle pressure. Dick was very straightforward and comical which made the process more enjoyable. Lastly, Nathan in finance explained options in detail that would give additional coverage that best suited my driving needs! From beginning to end the process was an awesome buying experience and I would most definitely recommend this dealership and these employees to everyone in the market for a new vehicle!!! Thanks again guys for representing Mortiz so well. We will be back for our next vehicle for sure! More

I’d take away stars if I could. Long story short the service department is incompatant. Have them 8 try’s to fix and issue and after the 8th it was worse than when I started. Sales Department doesn’t care about you after the sale, you are just a number to them and can easily be replaced by the next guy. More

All three individuals were extremely knowledgeable, personal, and professional. There was no pressure, no back and forth "games", and my daughter received a great deal and value for her tradin. Bruce Chatterjee did a very thorough job of demonstrating and explaining the differences and features on the two vehicles my daughter was interested in. She comfortably made her decision. The finance details were pleasantly, accurately, and professionally completed and General Sales Manager Dick Titterington followed up to make sure all went smoothly which it did. My daugher loves her new Jeep. This is the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from Moritz Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in 4 years. First Class Car Buying Experience from Afar I was in the market for a new vehicle for my spouse that had room & was good on gas. When I began my research I had narrowed it down to three SUV type I was in the market for a new vehicle for my spouse that had room & was good on gas. When I began my research I had narrowed it down to three SUV types that met my criteria , one of which was a Dodge Durango. I was surprised when I saw on the internet almost 300 miles away from where I live that Moritz Dodge dealership had a new 2014 Dodge Durango Limited that met most of my criteria. This vehicle had less than 300 miles on it and was a few thousands less than the 2015 &'2016 Dodge Durango limited and for the most part had more equipment. When I contacted the dealership, on march 8, 2016, Jose Marmolejo salesperson from the dealership contact me. His attentiveness to my numerous request for information was handle with relative ease. When ever I had a minor concern he was able to convey them to Dick Titterington (General Sales Manager for Dealership) and they were immediately resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks to all the personnel At the dealership who I had the pleasure of meeting made this one of the most refreshing car buying experience in over 30+ years of buying new cars. Would definitely be back. More

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger RT from Moritz. I had a Jeep Wrangler that I bought from another dealership that was having some major water I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger RT from Moritz. I had a Jeep Wrangler that I bought from another dealership that was having some major water leak issues so I brought it to Moritz several times to get them to fix it, but they were unable to. So they directed me to Chrysler in order to start the Lemon Law Process. The sales staff at Moritz was very helpful throughout this entire process. Nic Zaha was the salesman that helped me from day one all the way through the 3 month long process. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicles that I was interested in. The customer service here was unbelievable. This was my first vehicle that I had Lemon Law issues with and they were able to help me understand the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS DEALERSHIP AND NIC ZAHA. If you read this review and go visit Nic, tell him that Kord sent you there!! I don't see Nic Zaha below in the "employees worked with" section, but I give him all 10's! More

Happy with second vehicle purchased from Moritz My wife and I were in the service dept. getting a recall done on our 2012 Ram 1500, which we liked real well. Since the repair took a while, I walked in the lot to see the new RAMs and later got to the Jeeps and later to some Jeep Grand Cherokees and I had never looked closely at one, I was impressed. The only problem we had with the RAM was as we got older we moved in to town and mainly drove in town parking often in small parking lots....Rams are big, a lot of parking spaces are not. While looking I saw Jose Olivo who turned out to be our Sales Consultant and he answered all my questions that I had at that time and gave us both his cards. We discussed it for a few days, contacted Jose and went back to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We liked it and about two weeks later we got together on price, price of trade, price of extended warranty, and a little discussion about running boards. We like our Jeep a lot, it will park in those small spaces and haul anything we can lift. Thanks Jose, Dick Titterington, and Nathan Chick it was pleasure dealing with you. Moritz is lucky to have professional employees like you. More

JEEPER BEWARE JEEPER BEWARE! Do not order a Jeep through Moritz. I ordered my 2016 JKU Sahara and left a $500 deposit on 10/24/15. I'm active on the various Jee JEEPER BEWARE! Do not order a Jeep through Moritz. I ordered my 2016 JKU Sahara and left a $500 deposit on 10/24/15. I'm active on the various Jeep forums and know that most receive a VIN number after submitting a successful order within a week. An ordered Jeep typically takes between 6-8 weeks to arrive and I did not want to bug James Honeycutt, my sales rep, with constant emails so I made an effort to check in once weekly until I got a VIN and to otherwise leave him be to take care of new customers. After four weeks of waiting patiently for a VIN, I started contacting Jeep via Jeep Chat. That's where I first began to confirm my initial sense of trouble. They couldn't find the VON, then when they did, they informed me that it was placed as a dealer stock instead of a "sold order" Jeep. This means it was placed on the lowest build priority. I was told I needed to get the dealer to change the status on the order or I would be in for quite a wait further. I contacted Moritz right away and was eventually able to get in touch with Dick Titterington, the General Sales Manager. At first, Dick seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted to fix the problem. I was tempted to pull my deposit (as was suggested by many Jeep friends) and go to another dealership, but I decided to give Dick the opportunity to make it right. He refused to accept dealership fault and kept pointing to FCA as unreliable and too thinly spread to make good on their orders. Odd -- considering everyone else in the forums who ordered after me were much further in the build process than I was. He even mentioned that my manual transmission request may have been to blame. (As if Jeep doesn't make those, or something.) I don't understand what's going on at Moritz, that they seem to be the only dealership having this much trouble ordering Jeeps. Makes one speculate what's really going on... For seven additional days, I checked in with him daily to see if he was able to move the order forward and get me a VIN number. He kept sending me unsigned, unnamed email correspondence he claimed was coming from higher ups at FCA saying they were working toward a fix. But never any real traction. Just excuses. I grew more suspicious as the time continued to pass, so I placed a secondary order with another DFW dealership and decided I would see who came back with a VIN first. During the order process with the other dealer, I actually found out that James had given me misinformation and the order he had placed wasn't the Jeep I had requested while sitting in his office. I fixed that on the new dealership order and was still able to come in a full $2500 under the price given to me by Moritz. Better (or worse, if you're Moritz) yet? The other dealership was able to get a VIN for me from FCA within TWO days! And here I had waited for 5 weeks and 2 days, giving Moritz and Dick Titterington the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say I requested my deposit refund and canceled the order with Moritz. What an absolute waste of time -- I was so excited for my new Jeep and had been anxiously counting down the days to its arrival. We had even planned a Christmas vacation focused on taking the Jeep on an inaugural road trip. While that won't be happening now, I will gladly drive 29 miles past Moritz (which is 3 miles from my house) to give my repeat business to Don Davis in Arlington once I pick up my new Jeep from them. Maybe you should too! More
