Wonderful staff that gave off a genuine positive attitude when it came to being there to provide the best service. (may have been Carlos) and they all provided stellar service throughout my car-buying process. Had a less than great experience with an EchoPark in Raleigh, NC that left a bad taste in my mouth, but this branch in Colorado Springs completely remedied my view of the company and demonstrated the gold standard of service that EchoPark frequently brands itself as provider of. Hats off to them saving my opinion of EP and showing me how the company truly lives up to its reputation and name. The team definitely has a solidified referral partner when it comes to me sending future buyers their way. Thanks Colorado Springs, EP! More

Echo park Automotive in Colorado Springs was one of the best dealerships I've been to. All the staff were very friendly and no one was pushy or aggressive. I am a very over-analytical person and can be ind best dealerships I've been to. All the staff were very friendly and no one was pushy or aggressive. I am a very over-analytical person and can be indecisive with things. My sales person Jasmine was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and kind and explained everything very well to me from the prices to the warranties and all. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the packages and information she shared. The manager Diego also helped me with going over options, comparing APR's and the such. They were able to help answer all my questions. I never felt pressured to "hurry up and buy" or even a "please make up your mind already" vibe. I would recommend Echo Park to others. More
