I was very disappointed in the communication and willingness to just brush off moreless helping me. All because i have an Blazer EV. Communication is not the strong point as they couldn't take the t willingness to just brush off moreless helping me. All because i have an Blazer EV. Communication is not the strong point as they couldn't take the time for 2 days to even let me know they couldn't help. Then find out the service I had them do less than a month before and less than 1000 miles that my care was out of alignment and causing issues with my tires. I had no idea. Very disappointing. More

Dealer was GREAT straight forward over all. I would have given 5 stars. Only one small issue waiting to get cleared up. Definitely will recommend this dealer. Had vehicle towed to dealership for warranty repair. Communication was almost nonexistent. Vehicle was at dealership for 8 days and had to be shipped home. Despite numerous requests for paperwork detail Communication was almost nonexistent. Vehicle was at dealership for 8 days and had to be shipped home. I brought my SUV in to the dealership after being told by another dealership that they would require my vehicle to stay with them for 48 hrs to be able to diagnosis my vehicle with no loaner and I wouldn’t t another dealership that they would require my vehicle to stay with them for 48 hrs to be able to diagnosis my vehicle with no loaner and I wouldn’t take that for an answer and I am beyond thankful that I didn’t because it led me here to Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet and they went above and beyond for me and my family. Not only did they get me in the next morning but they had my SUV diagnosed, parts ordered, and on my way within an hour of walking in the building and to make things better they would have my parts the following morning and that they would get my vehicle fixed and they also had me a loaner while my SUV was in the shop. This dealership will do right by your family and have truly the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership and I won’t ever be taking my SUV anywhere else but here to be serviced from here on out! Thank you for taking care of not only my vehicle but my family because we depend on our vehicle to be reliable. More
