Brian is a young salesman with a great personality and a great understanding. I could not believe how this was playing out.. he had an answer for every question I had an any negotiations that was above what he was allowed to do. He got okayed through his manager without bringing him over and getting him involved in our negotiations. I got an outstanding deal on the vehicle I was looking for without any lying., side stepping, or any other things related to the sale. The general manager( I believe his name was Dillon) was understanding agreed to the price that I was offering for the vehicle without any back and forth bargaining.. If you are looking to purchase a car from a dealer, please do yourself a favor and ask to deal with BRANDON he is a young man but very understanding and respectful. From the time I pulled in their parking lot till the time I left it was roughly 2 hours and I was driving home with the car of my dreams. It was an outstanding experience and one I did not expect, especially after all the cars I have purchased.. Please do yourself a favor and ask to deal with BRANDON and I’m sure you’ll be more than satisfied with him and the dealership. They went above and beyond to satisfy all my needs. It is definitely a five star plus dealership and I cannot say enough for BRANDON and the sales staff if you’re looking for an automobile to buy that is undoubtedly the place to go I sincerely hope you read this review. Trey has been a joy to work with! My mom & I both bought Nautilus’ and were very happy with him. He is very patient & made us feel very comfortable. NO PRESSURE! On top of that was the great, overall experience from Parks Lincoln. They are an amazing TEAM who all came together to transition from one Nautilus to another. One area for improvement would be having a better explanation of the extended warranty for a CPO vehicle. More
