I had a rather large problem occur with my 2021 truck that left it unable to be driven. I was told that there would be a submission to GM for a good faith warranty coverage as my warranty was only 2k ove that left it unable to be driven. I was told that there would be a submission to GM for a good faith warranty coverage as my warranty was only 2k over the coverage miles. When I picked up my truck, I was told that it was not covered. I have since spoken to numerous people who were able to get this good faith warranty with even more miles over than mine from other dealerships. I do not feel that I was told the truth by the reps at Mitch Hall that they submitted the request to GM. (If that is even the process as I was told). I am thankful to have my truck in working condition, but I do not feel that I was completely taken care of as a customer should be. More

I first approached Randy to discuss getting air in my tire, he checked it and told me I probably needed a new tire. He ask someone to check it and this man fixed the tire until one could be ordered and t tire, he checked it and told me I probably needed a new tire.
