Horrible experience! Was a loyal customer for over 6 years. Was about to purchase my 3rd Telluride. They only want you to use who they deal with per the General Manager Dzevad Masinovc. Also tried to charge me for them having to order truck because I canceled the deal. I didnt sign anything stating that. I was approved with Navy Federal ready to buy my truck and was told no. Don't worry Napleton you lost a long time loyal customer because of ignorance by the person listed above. At the end of the day I got my new 2027 Telluride Hybrid, Thanks Lou Fusz Kia team. More
