The sales professional Dmitry Goncharoff was wonderful to work with! He helped us to spec out the truck we needed. He would not, even after repeated calls and emails, deliver to us the complete details of the warranty that we purchased. However, after we contacted Mr. Medina, he corrected that issue IMMEDIATELY, and we had the documents we needed in hand in less than an hour. Overall a good experience despite the one bad actor. We plan on taking the truck to this dealership for routine service and would absolutely return to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle. More
