Very frustrating when you test drive a vehicle make an appt to return the next day at a specific time to sign and pay because the dealer was closing, only to be sent a text by the salesman five minutes pr appt to return the next day at a specific time to sign and pay because the dealer was closing, only to be sent a text by the salesman five minutes prior to the appointment time saying “ Just a heads up, somebody is showing my vehicle right now”. And then a minute later receive a second text” Hi, we just sold the car”. At no point the prior day did the salesman tell me the car can’t be held. The lack of transparency of their process and smug response of the saleman upon my arrival was very disheartening especially after hearing twice the day prior how they pride themselves on being transparent and the largest family owned used car dealership in NJ. A simple notification on day one stating we cannot hold the car or guarantee the car wont be sold by the time you return. Would have prevented this 1 star review. More

Dmitry Mandrik is that GUY, he is a true professional, he took the anxiety out of buying a car, no pressure. But to smart for little man, No your Numbers!!!! before going to the dealership, (credit score, Apr % and monthly payments) download auto calculator on phone, this way when finance tries to dupe you into going thru their finance at a much higher rate, you will know it doesn't add up to your numbers. When little man presented his offer it was ridiculous 6yrs payments $455 at 9.5% apr. Crazy!! I called Cap One while in the dealership to confirm my numbers(credit score, Apr% 6. for 3yr $385 with 8K deposit) and asked what info did AutomotiveAve enter and they stated my deposit was 3K, 6yrs financing Apr.%9.5 Told little man to go back and enter the correct info or the deal is dead!!!!
