My salesperson was Dmitry Mandrik. . He opened the door for us when we first arrived(a true gentleman) he was very laid back and there was no pressure to buy a car I didn't want. Ever . They ask you to write a review before you sign paperwork for a reason. Don't do it. Traded in my car, couldn't find the title and was told "either send us the title or don't worry, it only cost's a couple for a reason. Don't do it. Traded in my car, couldn't find the title and was told "either send us the title or don't worry, it only cost's a couple of bucks for a duplicate". That couple of bucks is $270!! Add that to the "warranty" they add to your contract automatically (that of course, you get after you write a review). Just another typical used car dealership. More
