I was looking to buy a 50k used vehicle and talked to a salesperson who quoted me a price. By there own written pricing policies, this includes doc fees and electronic filing fee. But when I talked to the sales manager, those fees were added on. I do not like dealing with dishonest people (probably should stay away from dealerships) so they lost a sale over $400. I can not recommend this dealership!!!!! Edit #1 - They have contacted me blaming AI for the misquoted price but they have the text of that conversation and it stated me asking if they will honor that price per their written pricing policy . The sales manager said he had this information but choose to ignore it and add the fees in anyway. They have since contacted me via text (my decision) and said he is in trouble due to this review. Im giving them a chance to do better and will update as this unfolds. They would not give me an answer on my 53200 out the door offer and Chris Collins (manager) didn't know what the confusion was. So I lowered my offer to 53000. I was told he was OK with my 53200 offer and rudely said Good Luck. Now I see from other posts that they would of added a LoJack subscription on mandatory. They tell you all cars have it and its a mandatory $2000 add-on. Don't ever fall for this, they will take this off. More
