Disappointing Experience and Broken Promises I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Several promises made to me during the sale were not fulfilled. extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Several promises made to me during the sale were not fulfilled. I was told my vehicle would be delivered with a bow, but that never happened. The mud flaps were also left on the vehicle, despite what was discussed. They did eventually end up taking them off. Additionally, I was assured the vehicle would be fully charged upon delivery, yet that expectation was not met. To make matters worse, they also attempted to change my scheduled delivery date. When you make a major purchase, you expect a certain level of professionalism, communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. These may seem like small details to some, but when a dealership makes specific promises to a customer, those commitments should mean something. It is not acceptable to make promises throughout the sales process and then fail to deliver once the deal is done. What should have been an exciting experience turned into a disappointing and frustrating one. Customer service should not stop once the paperwork is signed. A dealership's integrity is demonstrated by how it treats customers and whether it honors the commitments it makes. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. I would strongly encourage future buyers to get every promise in writing and confirm all delivery arrangements before completing their purchase. Based on my experience, this dealership has some serious room for improvement when it comes to communication, customer service, and keeping its word. I’m still waiting for a returned phone call from the general manager. More
