I was spending so much on my used car that I couldn't I was spending so much on my used car that I couldn't hardly buy food for myself. I walked in the dealership and told them I could only buy a used ca I was spending so much on my used car that I couldn't hardly buy food for myself. My husband and I are both teachers and would never look to simply write a negative review. However, we were done wrong at this dealership and want to make sure people know before going there. We were given to simply write a negative review. However, we were done wrong at this dealership and want to make sure people know before going there. We were given the old bait and switch after coming to an agreement on an online deal (on their website) with an online salesman. We had it all in writing and were guaranteed the deal. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have driven an hour to the dealership and would have looked elsewhere. The salesman who we had worked with online said he was looking forward to meeting us when we arrived. Long story short.... we got there to the salesman not to be found and the deal could not possibly be worked even though we had all the documentation to prove it was given to us. We were not offered to see other cars or anything to make up for the horrible way we had been treated and how they had done business, so we left. Save your time. Choose Carvana! That’s what we did, getting the exact same car for the price we wanted. More

Awful experience . We bought a 2014 Mini. We did not realize until we got home the sound system was not working. We were told to take it to a Mini dealer in Orlando a . We bought a 2014 Mini. We did not realize until we got home the sound system was not working. We were told to take it to a Mini dealer in Orlando and get it fixed under warranty. The car was out of warranty. So after much hassle, they found an old, used amplifier and installed it. The sound worked, but as a result of the amplifier not being the correct one and the installation being incorrect, the battery kept going flat. The car was useless. They had zip tied it onto an old piece of foam and not grounded it. It should have been mounted on a purpose built holder. After I took it back to them again, they said they were not prepared to fix their mistakes as the sound was working, which in fairness it does, when I charge the battery every single night! If you are considering buying from them, my advice to you is go another dealer that has decent morals - unlike Jenkins. You will probably find what you are looking for cheaper as well. More

Smooth efective polite very detail.in a timely matter I called to ask for an appointment they gave me one to my convineence. When I get there there is always someone one there to great me . Ask me how am I doind they welcome me explain me in details everything I neede to know and ask. The waiting area is clean with delicious snacks. And my car is always wash and vacumm to prefection. I love going there for all my oil changes and I leve in Davenport but is worth the drive because of the customer service.keeep up the excellent job . More

It was awesome I gave the dealership this rating because Ms. Marie in the service department is an awesome worker she is always gives me a big hug and kiss every tim I gave the dealership this rating because Ms. Marie in the service department is an awesome worker she is always gives me a big hug and kiss every time I have had to bring my car in for service. She was also the one who recommended Dominic Tresoro the salesman he was very friendly and really wanted helped us pick out the upgraded 2019 Outlander along with Eddie our finance manager. They really were awesome in making sure our car buying experience was not too stressful like our previous one was. Ms. Marie helped me so much this past year with keeping me informed about my vehicle service needs as well as Mr. Eugene even the rest of the staff was awesome to us as well. I have never felt more love and appreciate the way I do when I visit the dealership. I like my 2019 Outlander but I really hate it doesn't have a CD player that was hard for me to do without because I did like listening to my collection of CD's I have.
