I spent half the day Monday test driving an Outlander, then waiting to get my financing. I ended up having to leave after 4 hours because I had a 45 minute drive home. They ran my credit through 3 lenders. I called Tuesday and spoke to Domenick one of the financing "specialists". He said he would call me back later in the afternoon with my info. I called a second time and left a message with no return call. Call again on Wednesday, this time with my own financing. Was told my salesperson was "not in" today so they put me through to Domenick again. He was very perturbed that he had to do an internet finance. I told him I had my own and just needed to compare numbers. Again he was very rude so I told him I would take my money elsewhere. His reply was "OK Good!". After texting my salesperson twice he got back to me and I was told he was working that day. Again, he was supposed to get back with me "very soon". Fast forward 4 hours and nothing!! I'm not going to beg for them to take my money. So unprofessional! More
