We stopped in because nobody else even has any cars. Their lot was full. As we entered the lot the first car we saw was the Uplander. Sales rep., John Wyniger, did an excellent job! He was very thorough, kind, and thoughtful! Dom did a great job as well. However, I should have asked more questions during the credit approval process and signing of papers with Dom. Completely my fault!! The paperwork is very overwhelming. I really didn't realize that I had purchased extra warrantee protection until I got home and reviewed the bill. I thought that I was signing for the Mitsubisihi warrantee that came with the new vehicle, not an additional warrantee. I don't believe I was offered the warrantee as an option, it was just assumed that I was buying it. I'm not blaming anyone but myself for not looking closer at the bill. As I said, it's overwhelming. I believe this is why I failed to note the added price. I called Dom the following day. He took the time to explain everything to me! One more comment that I wanted to make. A few months back, I was having service done to the Mitsubishi that I traded in. One of your mechanics (he was driving my car) and I was taking a test ride in my vehicle. The reason being, I had heard a squeak sound coming from the bottom after a recall part had been replaced. While exiting your side parking lot, a lady driving a Napa truck entered the parking lot and smashed into the front passenger side of my vehicle. I believe if the new cars hadn't been parked so close the the entrance and blocking the view of exiting traffic, the accident would have been prevented. When I purchased my new car last week at your dealership, I noticed that the cars were still parked close to the entrance blocking the view from incoming traffic. You might want to clear this area of cars. Just a suggestion. Thanks again for a good experience with the sale!! We are very happy with the new Outlander!!! More
