I was looking at a specific car and after much conversation he offered me a great deal on an upgrade. He valued my decision leave and talk it over with my spouse. When I got home my spouse agreed that it was a great deal and that our search should be over. Frank was willing to stay after his scheduled shift and help us get into our new car.
