I am quite disappointed in the service I received.
I brought my truck in to have an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and new wiper blades. I also asked them to wash the vehicle and asked if they
I brought my truck in to have an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and new wiper blades. I also asked them to wash the vehicle and asked if they had a way to remove pine sap. The service took almost 2 hours, They said they had trouble getting the hood release to work. When I got the truck back it hadn't been washed, they said that I would need to bring it to a body shop to remove pine sap, I went to use the wipers and the plastic sleeve was still on the drivers side wiper. The next morning I noticed the hood had dents from where they tried to open the hood. I called the Service Customer Experience Representative and told her the specifics and she said her manager would call me back... I am still waiting for a call to see how they are going to fix this situation.
Update: Mohawk Chevrolet made things right by having the dent guy remove the dents, they had it done quickly and gave me a very nice loaner to use while they had it… I am very satisfied with their willingness to take care of the problem.

Well, the tire pressure wasn't checked because it was never entered into the work order. I ended up doing it myself after leaving the dealership.

Took my 2023 Chevy Colorado in for the 2nd time it has
died in my driveway. Same issue as the first time, died due to an update in the background draining my battery overnight. Update was forced through,

Not necessarily putting the blame on Mohawk Chevy but the fact there is no actual FIX to this and I have a brand new vehicle I can't reliably count on to start in the morning is nothing short of ridiculous. This is my 5th and potentially last GM vehicle.
