Love my Tucson I went to Fairfax Hyundai after conducting research online. Other Hyundai dealerships were closer to home, but they had the best prices online and bes I went to Fairfax Hyundai after conducting research online. Other Hyundai dealerships were closer to home, but they had the best prices online and best continuing offers such as free oil changes and annual safety inspections. Don Barker met my father and myself immediately upon entering the showroom. He answered all our questions comparing the different Tucson models and comparing the Tucson to the Santa Fe. I decided to test drive the Tucson (he even brought up the right color for the test drive without knowing what color I wanted). He introduced me to the features of the car throughout the test drive (I was sold with the side mirror blind spot detection system). Upon returning to the dealership we began the negotiation process. Sales Manager Chip Chipani came in to close the deal and after some strong negotiating on both sides a deal was made leaving everyone happy. While waiting for Bluelink activation and financing Don set off to get the car ready. As we were waiting for each step he made sure to keep checking in on us and even sat and talked for a while to get to know each other better. After finishing with financing Chip gave me his business card and said to call him at any time with questions or concerns. I appreciated Don connecting my phone to the car prior to departing the dealership. I know Don and Chip will continue to answer any questions I have moving forward with the car and look forward to returning to Fairfax Hyundai for service on my Tucson! More
