Other than those two things, I think it was a great overall experience. I've already recommended a friend to Don...but I may come back soon for that Genesis! Hate the double charge for freight After a first visit where we disagreed on the freight charge, I went back with a price in mind and got it. The freight charge is included on the stic After a first visit where we disagreed on the freight charge, I went back with a price in mind and got it. The freight charge is included on the sticker price and then the dealership applies the discounts, etc. Then they tell you that they must add a freight charge $895. That's charging freight twice. That is not right. During my second visit that was fixed and I only paid it once. More
