Had my 2019 siverado in for a transmission shudder changed the fluid and didnt fix the problem, so Had them diagnose the issue and told me it was my front differential and axels a 6000 repair i didnt changed the fluid and didnt fix the problem, so Had them diagnose the issue and told me it was my front differential and axels a 6000 repair i didnt believe it since the truck shuddered in 2 wheel drive without 4x4 engaged. I took the truck to a different shop which diagnosed a torque converter I had the repair done at the new shop fixed the shudder and also advised me the fluid was 4 quarts low and axels and differential are fine.Overall very poor service I will never take any vehicle there again More

Scheduling this service and detail was pretty simple. My only feedback would be I know that the complementary detail was a perk of the collaboration however, when I picked up my truck, there was still dirt left inside the car and my truck bed still had mud (I could send pictures.)So when I was videoing and taking pictures for highlight reel, I purposefully did not include that so as to not shine a negative light on the final product. Overall, though I was happy with receiving the complementary detail and everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and really gave my kids a wonderful experience. More
