Disappointed/angry. I felt extreme pressure to make a decision. Sales was not willing to work with me. The vehicle didn't have any of the feature and benefits that I was looking for. I kept hearing "thre decision. Sales was not willing to work with me. The vehicle didn't have any of the feature and benefits that I was looking for. I kept hearing "three more people want this truck." Test drive was minimal. Around the block to spend 85K is not worth it. I don't know who Don Edward manager is but to not work with me on the MSRP just because they could make more money off of someone else is just...pressure. Didn't like it. More

Don was very good about answering all our questions and walking us through the process of purchasing the 2018 GMC pickup. He was supposed to set us up with an appointment for the tire module reset and a sm walking us through the process of purchasing the 2018 GMC pickup.
