No one was pushy or overly sales-y. I did not have to fight for what I considered a fair deal. Andrey was great about communication and always got back to me when he said he would. I only had to wait about three weeks to get the exact vehicle I wanted (and I hear that other people around the country are waiting 6+ months to get their Grand Highlanders in). The vehicle was there and ready the day they said it would be and Andrey explained everything about my new SUV in great detail. It was an all-around excellent experience! More
