Brent Frick was nothing more than AMAZING as my sales representative!!! I would like to thank Brent so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making sure the buying experience far less traumatic and a smooth process. Being not pushy at all, he assisted with paperwork, and was down to earth and helped me to get the best deal! I am so grateful for his true commitment, professionalism and just plain kindness he displayed during my entire purchase. This is our second Camry in as many years that we have purchased a Camry from Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. I cannot say how satisfied we are with our purchases. We worked with Christen Salvatico on both purchases. All I can say about Christen is that she is the very best sales person I have ever dealt with on any vehicle I have bought and I have bought many vehicles over my fifty six years. I have never had as great of an experience purchasing a vehicle. Christen is so personable and knowledgeable of her product . She goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are satisfied, even on her off days she is there for you. The short amount of time that we spent with her on these purchases was a pleasurable experience. I feel that we have become friends and/or family. The process of buying a new vehicle from Toyota of Charleston is very organized and quick. Our financing was provided through the dealership and we worked with Blake Dunn through that process. Blake provided us with exceptional and very efficient processing of our application and closing and in a timely manner. Everyone there at the dealership is so customer focused and friendly. I will never buy from anywhere else. My hat's off to the management team as well. They mainly worked behind the scenes but I am sure that they are part of the reason our experience was so positive. I am sure that all of the sales force there is good at what they do but I cannot imagine anyone being as "Great" as Christen. Thank you so much Christen.. We will be back when we decide to buy another vehicle. More

Over the past three months, Mark and I went back and forth by phone and face-to-face meetings trying to find what has become my new truck. From test drives to vehicle transfers Mark and Don went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible, as well as making me feel as comfortable as possible during our search. Once my truck was delivered, the transition from working with Mark to working with Eddie Cooks over in Finance made tying the knot on this deal that much easier.
