He stayed in touch via text the whole buying process and was downright communicative texting me back at late and early hours well beyond when I would expect a response. Our trade-in plans changed twice and he quoted both cars promptly and ye trade value was definitely fair. Finally we landed up not trading in at all and he was ok with that and did not get upset in the least. When we showed up, the car was ready to test drive. No pressure to sell - we test drove it over 20 minutes alone to make up our kind. We came back, our paperswork was ready and the car was detailed again in short order and we left in a timely manner.
