My wife and I just purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forrester from Albany Subaru and the experience could not have been better! The entire staff was extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and everyone involved from Albany Subaru and the experience could not have been better! The entire staff was extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and everyone involved worked very hard to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our new purchase. They were such professionals and treated us in the same way. They gave us a fantastic deal on our trade in, far better than other buying sites like Carvana or KBB, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the offer for the new vehicle. This was our third Subaru from Albany Subaru and we will not hesitate to come back again for our next car. Thank you Albany Subaru...Bryan and Ryan , you were both incredible, and we truly appreciate the wonderful attention you gave to us. We can't wait to hit the road with our new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase or lease a new car. It was an awesome buying experience. 5 STARS! Well done! More

Sales reps were great (we worked with Tsewong and Fiorella over two visits). Absolutely LOVE our vehicle!! Pricing and policies advertised on the website are blatantly false, they will pull a bait Fiorella over two visits). Absolutely LOVE our vehicle!! Pricing and policies advertised on the website are blatantly false, they will pull a bait a switch when you go to sign. We obviously purchased anyway, but potential buyers should be warned upfront. Mostly though, we’re frustrated that we bought a Certified Used Vehicle which means it is supposed to meet certain standards and come with certain equipment, and this was not honored. For example, we were only given one key fob (not the two guaranteed), the vehicle had no owner’s manual, and the dealership refused to activate our free Subaru Starlink trial. We’ve reached out several times to various dealership contacts about these issues and been ignored. More
