Great buying experience After having visited most of Springfield's new car dealers we found Modern Motors on the advice of my sister-in-law. Comfortable, casual and just a go After having visited most of Springfield's new car dealers we found Modern Motors on the advice of my sister-in-law. Comfortable, casual and just a good fit for us. Ken helped us find a much better vehicle than we imagined. I think everyone should give them a try. On a rainy day prospective SUV's were brought inside for us to examine and eventually test drive. A very positive experience with fair pricing. More

Exactly how a car buying experience should be! Excellent customer service and they gave me a real honest feel the entire buying process. I worked with Jennifer who was very friendly and patient as I can be quite a difficult customer being I've had my fair share of "Just tell them what they want to hear" dealerships. Modern Motorcars is not that dealer for sure. Jennifer did not even have an issue with refering me to their marketing dept. to speak with Cameron and get some real in depth questions answered, being he owned a Nissan GTR like the one I was interested in. My wife and I drove from Grand Rapids, MI to Missouri to trade my Supercharged Range Rover Sport for the GTR. Needless to say ... the entire process could not have gone anymore smooth. If I am ever in the market to purchase a vehicle in the future, I would not hesitate to drive from Michigan to Missouri for the peace of mind knowing I am not being mislead! Thanks to my sales person Jennifer, and a knowledgable prior owner of a GTR and coworker of hers (Cameron), I can now say I am the proud owner of my first very cool Nissan GTR! The owner, Don, was a real pleasure to work with and down right genuine guy! Thank you all at Modern Motorcars! More

Best experience ever! We decided to buy two cars and our first dealership we went to was Modern Motorcars. Jennifer was so welcoming and super awesome from the get go! We got there close to their closing time and she never made us feel rushed. We took 4 or 5 cars out for a test drive before deciding on the two we wanted. Carole, Jennifer, and Don have been more than accommodating to our specific situation. I told Carole that in about 7-10 years we will be back to work with them again! More

Best online buying experience ever! I purchased my 2013 Cadillac CTS/V from Jennifer all over the phone and via e-mail with the greatest of ease. I even traded in my Mercedes Benz SLK 35 I purchased my 2013 Cadillac CTS/V from Jennifer all over the phone and via e-mail with the greatest of ease. I even traded in my Mercedes Benz SLK 350 with only sending in some pictures and details. I live about 200 miles away from the dealership and Jennifer arranged for our deal to take place at the half way point of our two locations...and did I mention after hours because of my schedule. Once I received my CTS/V I realized that it didn't have a tire inflation system so I called Mr. Don Hunsaker Sr. and once he understood the situation he sent me a brand new unit. This is a very professional dealership and I will definitely look to them for future purchases. More
