I had my first visit to have my 2017 Volvo S90 to Tasca back on Oct 27th to be serviced & I strongly recommend it. I would give zero stars if I could. Called Tasca (Cranston) to make a service appointment for my F-150. They gave me an appointment for 8:30 AM on Thursday 10/09/25. On Thursday 10/1 Called Tasca (Cranston) to make a service appointment for my F-150. They gave me an appointment for 8:30 AM on Thursday 10/09/25. On Thursday 10/16, I stopped in to get a status on my truck. The service rep told me that they haven’t taken the truck inside yet and it isn’t even assigned to a tech yet. When I asked him for an explanation as to how this happened he stated “that’s just how we make appointments”. Please help me to understand why I was given a specific date and time for an appointment when my truck just sat in the parking lot for a week. Please make it make sense. I had to borrow a car from a family member so I could get to work for a week, just so my truck could sit outside for 7 days. This is unacceptable. After this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Tasca to anyone! More

My 2013 f-150 had an open recall for a transmission problem. I made an appointment. Upon arrival I was met at service. All my info was taken and I was told it would be about 1 hour. After 45 minutes problem. I made an appointment. Upon arrival I was met at service. All my info was taken and I was told it would be about 1 hour. After 45 minutes I was met with a service agent. She informed me the software update had not fixed the problem. They had also preformed an extensive safety check on the truck. All was done with no charge. The recall was covered by Ford and the inspection was done as a courtesy. I am always pleased when I interact with Tasca Motor group. More
