I took my vehicle in on the day it was scheduled, they couldn’t get to my truck until the day after. I would give you a “0” but that’s not an option on here. First, no communication between me and the service team. Two hours for an LOF and tire rotation is pathetic. Third, informing me that you couldn’t get my suv off the lift for an hour makes me seriously doubt your service departments professionalism. Overall, a very bad experience. More

Payed 2800$ to fix one thing left with oil light flashing on service manager said there was no problem but sending unit was leaking and didn’t have no way to check pressure sensor so I feel the ase mechanic on service manager said there was no problem but sending unit was leaking and didn’t have no way to check pressure sensor so I feel the ase mechanic over looked the real problem to get my money I would never go back and never recommend any body to that dealer ship if I would have known about the oil problem I would not have spent the money poor service had to take truck back in 3 times for same thing and still wanted more money they kept saying something different that was wrong I feel like they wanted my money and not tell me about the real problem if knew that the oil pressure was the real problem which it was i wouldn’t have had the other work done which cost me 2800$ very poor and they laughed at me every time I went back More
