The vehicle was advertised as having heated seats, but when it arrived, it did not have that feature. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the salesperson, but he refused to take my calls. I then reached out to the dealership and spoke with a supervisor, who told me he would look into it and get back to me—but I never heard back.
