I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a 2024 Ram 1500 that was delivered to my home sight unseen, based on the dealership’s description. The vehicle was advertised as having heated seats, but when it arrived, it did not have that feature. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the salesperson, but he refused to take my calls. I then reached out to the dealership and spoke with a supervisor, who told me he would look into it and get back to me—but I never heard back. I also left a voicemail for the dealership manager and received no response. I even attempted to contact their headquarters customer service number, but it only routes to a voicemail box that is full, making it impossible to leave a message. At this point, I feel completely ignored. The lack of communication and accountability is very frustrating. I would strongly encourage others to double-check all details and be cautious when dealing with this dealership, as my experience has been very disappointing. More
