I want to start by saying that Samuel Chocholac was helpful and responsive throughout the process. He did his job professionally and communicated consistently. Unfortunately, my experience with Sale helpful and responsive throughout the process. He did his job professionally and communicated consistently. Unfortunately, my experience with Sales Manager Don Skuta was the complete opposite. I had never been treated so bad or humiliated by a dealership management until after dealing with him. After direct conversations regarding a Porsche 911 GT3, I was given his word that he would call me back. That call never came. I followed up multiple times by phone and email and received no response. Communication simply stopped and I was being purposely ignored. At this price point and level of vehicle, basic professionalism and courtesy should not be optional. Ignoring a serious buyer after making commitments is not how you build trust or long-term business. I also reached out via email seeking clarity and resolution and did not receive a response from management. The lack of follow-through, professionalism, and respect was extremely disappointing. There are many dealerships that value their customers and honor their word. I would strongly recommend taking your business to a store that treats buyers with transparency and basic courtesy. More
