I had a noise when I would break at about 30MPH that I could not pinpoint. I took it in on a Friday. The Mechanic (Allen), found my left ball joint was bad, and still under warranty. He replaced it, bu could not pinpoint. I took it in on a Friday. The Mechanic (Allen), found my left ball joint was bad, and still under warranty. He replaced it, but the noise continued, so they gave me another appointment for Monday morning and the Mechanic went with me as I drove my car and showed him the problem. He heard the noise and knew immediately what the problem was. We drove back to the garage and he repaired the item without an extra fee tacked on. Excellent job, excellent Mechanic (Allen), and an Excellent Manager (Don Stallman). All in all a good experience. They were courteous, very knowledgeable, and honest, decent people to work with, and I would highly recommend this team. I will use them in the future. L.F. More
