Don was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. I was amazed by his enthusiasm and willingness to assist. Zeigler - you’re lucky to have an employee like him. Amber Tortorello was exceptional. She explained things well, showed me my options and very very friendly and easy to work with. She got me all set up with everything beforehand and went through all the features of my new vehicle. The others there including the manager Don Uldukis and receptionist were horrid! Very bad attitudes. The manager treated me like he didn’t even want to work with me. Additionally, I had already secured my own financing through my credit union and was bringing the check for my purchase. He didn’t like that. He barely gave eye contact and had an attitude in his voice the whole time he spoke with me. The receptionist when I called to share I was coming in to pick up my vehicle had the worst attitude and was rude. I recommend Amber but not Ziegler. I will never do business with them again More
