NOTE, THE REVIEW POSTED ABOVE WAS WRITTEN BY KEVIN CRIOLLO (AN EMPLOYEE AT ZEIGLER CHEVROLET OF SCHAUMBURG) HIMSELF, MY USED CAR SALESMAN, WHILE IN POSSESSION OF MY CELL PHONE TO PROGRAM THE ANDROID AUTO FUNCTION OF THE VEHICLE AND GIVES HIMSELF 5 STARS. A SINGLE STAR IS WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THIS CROOK DESERVES. RAY COLLINS’S PERSONALLY REVISED AND EDITED REVIEW AS FOLLOWS, KEVIN CRIOLLO ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH LIES. THANK YOU FOR THE USED CAR I AM NOW PAYING MORE FOR THAN THE COST OF A NEW CAR. COME SEE KEVIN AND HIS FELLOW CROOK DON ULDUKIS, THE FINANCE MANAGER TO GET SCREWED OVER ROYALLY. NOW TO EXPLAIN MY REVIEW, THE ZEIGLER CHEVROLET OF SCHAUMBURG BUYING EXPERIENCE THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED WAS DECEPTIVELY ADVERTISED AS “GENERAL MOTORS CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED” FOR 21 THOUSAND AND 400 DOLLARS. KEVIN CRIOLLO GOES ON TO EXPLAIN, THE CERTIFICATION IS AN ADDITIONAL 4000 DOLLARS OR SO AND OFFERS IT TO ME AT WHAT HE STATES IS HALF PRICE, 2000 DOLLARS, THE FIRST LIE. LATER, I COME TO FIND OUT THE “ GENERAL MOTORS CERIFIED PRE-OWNED” OPTION IS PRICED AT 1000 DOLLARS OR SO AT OTHER CHEVROLET DEALERS AND INCLUDED IN THE ADVERTISED PRICE. AT THE VERY BEGINNING I STATED I RECEIVES A QUOTE IN WRITING FROM CARMAX OF 16000 DOLLARS AS THE VALUE OF MY VEHICLE THAT CARMAX WOULD PAY ME, MY ZEIGLER CROOK SALESMAN SAID THEY WERE SOMEHOW RELATED WITH CARMAX, THE SECOND LIE, AND I COME TO REALIZE I ONLY RECEIVED 15 THOUSAND AND 500 DOLLARS FROM ZEIGLER. I, GO ON TO EXPLAIN, I WANT TO KEEP THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS BELOW 400 DOLLARS A MONTH SO WHEN I WAS OFFERED A SERVICE PACKAGE FOR OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATION FOR 3 HUNDRED AND 69 DOLLARS, I DECLINE STATING I , AS A RETIRED CHEVROLET TECHNICIAN, CHANGE MY OWN OIL. WE CONTINUE THE “DEAL” AND COME TO A FIGURE OF A 3 HUNDRED AND 85 DOLLAR A MONTH PAYMENT FOR A PERIOD OF 72 MONTH, NO EXTRAS, JUST THE VEHICLE, CERTIFICATION AT HALF PRICE, THE END, WHICH WAS IN WRITING. KEVIN, “THE CROOK”, STATES, HE IS FORWARDING THIS “DEAL” TO HIS, FELLOW CROOK, DON ULDUKIS (ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ZEIGLER CHEVROLET OF SCHAUMBURG) THE FINANCE MANAGER TO DO THE PAPERWORK, DEAL DONE ! I REQUEST A COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT ALTHOUGH FAIL TO RECEIVE IT. SHORTLY, I’M LED TO BELIEVE IT’S A SIMPLE MATTER OF SIGNING THE DOCUMENTS AND WHILE THE SIGNING IS ABOUT TO COMMENCE I INQUIRE WITH THIS SECOND CROOK, WHAT DID THE FINAL MONTHLY PAYMENT COME TO, FIGURING IT MAY HAVE CHANGED A BIT MORE OR LESS THAN THE 3 HUNDRED AND 85 DOLLAR I HAD ACCEPTED, DON LEADS ME TO BELIEVE I AM INTERUPTING HIS TRAIN OF THOUGHT AND IGNORES MY QUESTION. EVENTUALLY THE SIGNING PROCESS IS COMPLETE AND I ASK MY QUESTION AGAIN, MY EVENTUAL RESPONSE AS STATED BY DON 4 HUNDRED 48 DOLLARS AND 62 CENTS A MONTH FOR 75 MONTHS. I ALL BUT, FALL TO THE FLOOR. NOW THAT IT’S ALL SAID AND DONE, I COME TO REALIZE I HAVE PAID THE FULL 4000 DOLLARS FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 2000 DOLLARS AS STATED BY MY CROOK SALESMAN, FOR THE “GENERAL MOTORS CERIFIIED PRE-OWNED” OPTION. MY REQUEST FOR THE SECOND REMOTE, THAT BELONGS WITH THIS VEHICLE IS COSTING ME 3 HUNDRED AND 75 DOLLARS. THE LIES CONTINUE. ALSO, IT SEEMS THAT THE DEALER SLIPPED A GAP INSURANCE POLICY INTO THIS DEAL AT A COST TO ME OF 1000 DOLLARS WHICH WAS NEVER EVEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION, SOME KIND OF EXTERIOR PAINT PROTECTANT, A LOJACK SERVICE AND THE SEVICE PACKAGE I HAD DECLINED FROM THE START. IN CONCLUSION, I WILL BE SETTING UP A MEETING WITH YOUR USED CAR SALES MANAGER, TIM MAROZAS WHILE I WAIT FOR MY KEY, FOB AND THE PAINT PROTECTANT. More

This dealership is dishonest, as they all are. Try to upsale you with things like unneeded warranty when a certified car already includes a warranty. I had a nail in my tire. As soon as i pulled into Zeigler Chevrolet I was greeted by Christopher and Rich. They were very pleasant and professional. I also met with Don U in finance department. I purchased tire and wheel warranty so I don’t have to worry about unexpected expense in the future. I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime. Don was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. I was amazed by his enthusiasm and willingness to assist. Zeigler - you’re lucky to have an employee like him. I will be back for my service needs. Highly recommend this dealer! More

Amber Tortorello was exceptional. She explained things well, showed me my options and very very friendly and easy to work with. She got me all set up with everything beforehand and went through all the features of my new vehicle. The others there including the manager Don Uldukis and receptionist were horrid! Very bad attitudes. The manager treated me like he didn’t even want to work with me. Additionally, I had already secured my own financing through my credit union and was bringing the check for my purchase. He didn’t like that. He barely gave eye contact and had an attitude in his voice the whole time he spoke with me. The receptionist when I called to share I was coming in to pick up my vehicle had the worst attitude and was rude. I recommend Amber but not Ziegler. I will never do business with them again More
