Raven - We are very sorry to hear your experience with Price LeBlanc Nissan was not five stars. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go as smoothly as expected. Our records show that your family came in with the battery, and after our team went through all steps necessary to consider it a failed battery, you received a warranty battery from us. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you!
