Recently purchased a 2026 Trax from this dealership. We had numerous discussions about pricing, trade in value. When I got to the dealership Donald was very courteous. I did not expect to be in the dealership 2,5 hours to purchase a car with all the known factors already in play. Seems like the purchasing office was more interested in selling more stuff that I did not want. after paperwork was all done asked about my paperwork and I was told they would email it to me because they didn't have a printer, REALLY! That was thirty pages. As far as know any features about the car I was clueless as to what knob did what and what switch controlled what. could not even find the courtesy switch either. the buyer experience was awful. Would I buy here again. NO More
