No courtesy, no updates with status, wait for 4. 5 hours for oil change and tire rotations, expensive cost, had been treated differently and ignored the whole time . I was greeted by Greg who was very friendly! He walked me up to DJ who provided me with excellent service. He greeted me with a smile and explained what I should expect.
