Tabatha, Please accept our sincere apologies that we disappointed you during your recent service visit. If a larger vehicle is required, we can certainly work with you on finding a vehicle that meets your needs, with advance notice. The seatbelt retraction issue requires further diagnosis, which is the reason for the cost we communicated to you. Without further diagnosis, we are not able to give you an accurate quote on what the total repair cost will be. We are happy to work with you on the cost, but we need all of the information before we can move forward. In regards to the noise, the GM bulletin for this known issue states "The above sequence may need to be repeated two to three times to reduce/eliminate the noise." We hope that you will give us the opportunity to complete these repairs for you in the future.
