An excellent buying experience. Lee was easy to work with an took the time to understand what I needed and then researched the vehicles that were best suited for those needs. I have nothing but great things to say about Metro Ford and specifically my salesman, Johnny M. I hate buying cars because the experience is normally drawn out and exhausting. After the test drive, Johnny and specifically my salesman, Johnny M. I hate buying cars because the experience is normally drawn out and exhausting. After the test drive, Johnny had all of the paperwork complete and I was out of there within 75 minutes. I purchased a used non-Ford vehicle this time, but when I decide it is time to trade in my F150 for a new one, I will drive the 90 minutes to go see Johnny and the team at Metro Ford. More
