They returned calls, had information available and were willing to listen to our concerns. Jeff Cramer, the parts and service director, solved the mechanical and technical concerns with our car. He was excellent in understanding and communicating with us. Donnie Nameth, was an amazing manager, who dealt intelligently with our specific deal, and was vital in resolving our issue. David Kuszaj took us on multiple test rides to help us clearly understand the capabilities and limitations of our new Subaru, which can be complicated since it is equipped with Eyesight.
