While frustrating within 6 months of buying this Honda I’ve had two separate issues, the service has been nothing but short of fantastic. This time I did not have an appointment but just showed up when the screen on my car was frozen. They quickly got it in and resolved the problem to the best of their abilities, letting me know what was done and that there is a possibility it could happen again in which case I would have to bring and drop off my car.
