Nissan of Athens is the best. I had to take my car to have it service on Saturday 4-11-2020 and I was little nervous due to all that's going with the stay in place order but I went on because I was due t have it service on Saturday 4-11-2020 and I was little nervous due to all that's going with the stay in place order but I went on because I was due to have my oil change .I think it was about 11:25 that morning and the guy waited on me was so kind and professional. I felt like he was treating me with kindness the whole time and he knew I was scared but his professional attitude made me felt safe. Thank you for everything and I will ask for you on my next visit. Service Advisors will take advantage of uninformed customers and try to upsell them on unnecessary maintenance items. My wife was recently charged $130+ for a brake fluid flush. The Service Advisor did not ask for her approval to do the service. Service Advisor authorized the brake system flush on his own and added it to her invoice. She didn't question the service charge and paid it without giving approval. Do the research on brake fluid flush. This is scam emplyed by many dealerships to milk money from uninformed motorists. No telling how many other unnecessary maintenance items these folks add to the bills of uninformed customers. Ladies, be very wary of what these folks are charging you for. Question every service item on your invoice. Guys, please educate your wives on what is/isn't necessary routine maintenance on their vehicles. More
