I bought a new car the beginning of February and it has been to the shop twice for the same issue in the last month. The first service adviser Phillip acted like he didn’t care to help me and wouldn’t give been to the shop twice for the same issue in the last month. The first service adviser Phillip acted like he didn’t care to help me and wouldn’t give me an update unless I called and looked for him. The issue never got fixed. The second time my car was in the shop Tony, the advisor, was nice but I still had to call for any updates. Spoke with the technician who was very nice and truly seemed like he wanted to help resolve the problem. The majority of cashiers who helped me we’re nice but when I went to go pick up my car the lady was extremely rude. I waiting behind someone else and she never seemed to help the lady in front of me and once she asked what I needed she told me to go find Tony. She acted like she didn’t know what she was doing and another adviser ended up coming to help me and let Tony I was there to pick up my car. More
