Donovan Deboe

I was in the market for a Ford transit and came across one being sold here. I had spoken with a lady over the phone about it for a week and thought I had it pretty much bought with the exception of signin one being sold here. I had spoken with a lady over the phone about it for a week and thought I had it pretty much bought with the exception of signing the papers. I was told to come take a look and get the deal done. When I arrived, they claimed they already had a buyer for it. I expressed my frustration and they said let us see what we can do. After about an hour of talking behind closed doors, the sales rep came out and said the paperwork isn't finalized so I can purchase it. At the time it had a little over 60,000 miles on it. I put 18,000 miles on it and the transmission went. I called New Motors to let them know and they told me I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. They were a BMW dealership and didn't have the equipment to work on my Ford. That's when I found out the 3rd party warranty company is the closest thing to being a scam you can get. Everything pretty much has to be done online. It took over a week of phone calls to actually get someone on the phone. I even called New Motors and they didn't have many answers. Once I reached them, they told me New Motors had to service the vehicle or release it to be serviced by another garage. So New Motors kindly released the vehicle to be serviced. Then after providing all the info the warranty company requested, they denied it 3 times. I threatened a lawyer before they finally agreed. 5 months it took to get my van repaired. 3 months later and now my ABS system failed internally. Now, even with all the contacts for the warranty company as before, we are struggling more than before to even get a response from the warranty company, let alone answers. More

I am so pleased with my purchase and I love my car! Customer service was great.
