I came in and was very pleasantly greeted by Donovan. He offered his assistance to get the keys to take the car for a test drive. Chris provided all the details of the contract and spoke at a level where there were no questions for us to ask. After completing the paper work, Donovan took us back to finish up a few things and then took us out to my new car. He showed me the features of the car and took the time to program my cell phone. When I showed my friend my new car I learned the Cheverolet dealer didn't even help her get hers set up. I was able to help her because of the assistance I got from Donovan. I was also impressed when I received a call from your dealership to make sure I was doing okay and to see if everything was working the way it should be and told me to call if a I needed anything. Thank you for taking the time to go the extra mile and get me set up for success. More

Selection was great. After the fact, I believe I did not get a fair price and paid more than I should have. I received the $2K retail customer cash discount and $750 discount, did not get the $1K FX4 luxur get a fair price and paid more than I should have. I received the $2K retail customer cash discount and $750 discount, did not get the $1K FX4 luxury package discount and $1K premium discount package. Lesson learned on my end. Lastly with previously owning Chevrolet and Toyota, I thought all trucks came with some type of bed liner. Apparently Ford does not. Would have been nice to know or even had the option to buy from Beau Townsend. More

I came in because my daughter had picked up her new Ford Edge the day before and was really happy with it and with Donovan. I decided to go look - doesn't hurt to look - and before I knew it I fell in love Edge the day before and was really happy with it and with Donovan. I decided to go look - doesn't hurt to look - and before I knew it I fell in love with a cute, little Red Escape. I've never had a new car before or a red car or a lease. This was a whole new process and I found everyone to be very helpful from Donovan (Sales) to Keith (Finances) to Justin (The Sync man). They all were wonderful. I love my new car - the ride is smooth and fantastic. Everything works (some things as soon as I learn how to work them) and it smells great - love that "new car" smell. Donovan is a great salesman because he is low-key - no pushy, agressiveness that I hate. He was kind, respectful and considerate. Great qualities in a salesperson and in a man.
