I usually dread these kinds of things but it was surprisingly pleasant. Doug was very attentive and helped walk us through the various models and options available to find the right car for us. We planned to go look at the nearby Mercedes and Infiniti brands nearby that day but Tom saved us a great deal of time by offering an excellent price on the car we liked and decided to buy on the spot instead of shopping around the other car brands in the area.
