First of all, William was not your customer it was Margaret! Everyone was friendly. I was greeted, but the person did not introduce himself, so I didn’t even know who to ask for when I went looking f Margaret! Everyone was friendly. I was greeted, but the person did not introduce himself, so I didn’t even know who to ask for when I went looking for him. The assessment performed on my car was thorough, but no one explained the process to me, and I wasn’t happy that someone was in my glove compartment! I did appreciate the ride home when I found out that it would be another 3 hours. More
