Doug in Service was super helpful! He took us as soon as we pulled in after having several yellow caution lights come on. He was clear with our options as what we needed to do. We initially intended to go ahead and drive to Michigan for the weekend but decided to take Doug’s advice and stay till repairs could be made. He checked in with us during our wait to give us updates. You could tell he was trying to get us in the road within the time promised. He came thru on that. Kudos to Doug! We normally use a Toyota dealer closer to home for service, but driving to Cochran might be our next choice thanks to Doug’s service! More

Went in for a 15000 mile service and state/emissions inspection. Advised to replace air filter only to look at after to see a small smudge of dirt on, meanwhile nothing was said about the uneven wear I' inspection. Between not being able to trust the service department and the way I was treated when I bought the vehicle, I'm probably going to trade back to Ford after first of year. More
